All rates include VAT at the current rate of 15%
Mossel Bay Helicopters cannot be held responsible for departure delays due to mechanical related matters or bad weather – these are unfortunately beyond our control.
Children under the age of 3 is free of charge.
We require a minimum of 2 guests to fly. If this is not reached we reserve the right to charge one passenger double the per person rate. If this is not possible, we will need to cancel or reschedule the flight.
The helicopters have a weight limit that need to be maintained and therefore a per person weight limit do apply.

Cancellation Policy
A 50% cancellation fee will be levied 7 days prior to the trip
100% if less than 72 hours prior to the trip.
All rates are subject to fuel price increases due to Rand/Dollar Exchange Rate fluctuations.
Rates are valid only for the routing and the number of passengers stated.
Rates are subject to adjustment, if the services originally quoted for are not available at the time of booking.
